This issue is often overlooked or forgotten (especially during renovations) and or when a business has cut back on floor space. Unused areas remain connected to the main light circuit and burn up electricity unnecessarily. To separate, the building’s light circuit on the main power board is generally easily achieved. You can separate the power supply from those unused sections of the building. Ask your electrician to carry out a check and also ask if any other buildings are running under your power circuit. Get your electrician to install independent light switches or motion sensors for areas that are seldom used so that you could potentially save power even in the daytime. Ask what other possible alterations you can achieve in order to save power. Electrical work takes less effort than you might think and payback is fast. Note the required safety guidelines, to maintain security and the occupational health and safety guidelines. Your electrician can help you with that also.
